What if you could create a response to a natural phenomenon without the nature? What if you could so highly abstract the moving natural components (water, grasses, etc) to an extreme basic human-made shape while retaining the structure that binds them as a group in a natural process?
For people who lens the world through a scientific flavor, like myself, there might be a recognition of the invisible forces at play - fluid dynamics, convection - but being science minded and being a scientist are distant positions. I am not making predictions about motion based on formula and minutiae, but rather by an intuitive shape of things. By feel. By motion.
We live with an expectation. When we see natural forces at play in the world, we intuitively sense how it will play out. I sometimes wonder if the awe we feel over waves pounding against the shore, wind through the grass, the motion of clouds - I wonder if it’s the recognition of a language we are unconsciously a part of.
None of us stand apart from the dynamics of this universe.
